Terms of Service

1. General: These Terms of Service govern the use of the Huntley Global Services Limited website and the preliminary engagement of our consultancy services. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of Services: Huntley Global is a procurement and supply chain consultancy. We act as a professional intermediary to identify, vet, and manage third-party manufacturers. We do not manufacture products ourselves, nor do we act as the seller of record for the goods being sourced.

3. Basis of Appointment: Our appointment as your sourcing agent is confirmed only upon the execution of a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and the payment of any initial Discovery Fees. All project-specific terms, including MOQs and timelines, will be defined in a Project Brief.

4. Fees and Payment Management

Service Fees: Our sourcing and oversight fees are invoiced directly for our professional time and expertise.

Payment Facilitation: For clients selecting our Managed Payment service, we apply a 6% Transaction Fee and a 1% Administration Fee. These fees cover the risk, platform costs, and administrative burden of executing international transfers.

Currency Fluctuation: We are not liable for changes in landed costs resulting from currency market volatility between the time of quotation and the time of payment.

5. Limitation of Liability While we perform rigorous due diligence and quality oversight, Huntley Global is not liable for:

Manufacturing defects or product recalls.

Delays caused by global shipping, customs inspections, or port congestion.

Force Majeure events, including industrial action or environmental disasters at the point of origin. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

6. Intellectual Property Clients retain all rights to the designs and specifications provided to us. Huntley Global retains ownership of our proprietary sourcing methodologies, factory databases, and internal audit templates.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
